John Barrowman isn't the only Doctor Who alumnus playing a major role on Arrow. EW.com has confirmed that Alex Kingston - better known to Whovians everywhere as River Song - will be playing the part of Laurel Lance's mother.
No word yet on if her first name will be Dinah or if she will be wearing fishnets.
