Two questions have been answered in the wake of this Injustice trailer, which many fans have had in the wake of the weekly comics by Tom Taylor. Is Harley Quinn an ally of Batman in this dark future? And how is The Joker still a playable character in the game when Superman killed The Joker in the first issue of the Injustice comic?
There are some answers given in this trailer. But those answers just lead to more questions and leave me even more anxious to play the game. I will say that the idea of Harley as a hero is a novel one and a nice nod to the original female Harlequin - a Green Lantern bad guy who was also motivated by love, eventually reforming and becoming a hero. Not sure if that was intentional or not but since we're not likely to ever see Molly Mayne ever again.
