I saw that earlier and am thrilled to see it linked up again. It's such a great piece, and the costumes are awesome. (Although I can't identify the woman sitting on the steps in the black and white.).
It's the new Terra, who was created by Jimmy Palmiotti, Justin Gray and Amanda Conner. She first appeared in one Supergirl story, was Power Girl's sidekick during the first year of PG's solo series and is getting her own mini-series soon. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terra_%28comics%29#Atlee
Ah-ha! I thought you might know. :) I have the first 12 issues of PG in trade, but I haven't gotten there yet. Which, honestly, is most of my collection at this point. Ahh, trade sales.
You should also pick up the 4 issue Terra mini that Jimmy, Justin, Amanda and Paul put together before the 12 issue Power Girl run. It's what made me love the character and decide she needed to be cosplayed more. And as the author of the post, can I say thanks for posting it here too!
