GOOD THING: Jack the Younger's adventure is a passable (if not particularly original) sword-and-sorcery story.
BAD THING: I'm not alltogether sure that what we see on the last page here is a joke and that they really are going to get rid of Jack the Elder and Gary... albeit it temporarily. Maybe. I hope.
The Final Verdict: I'm fast approaching apathy regarding this title. I read this book because it is funny and the parts that are funny are very slowly being cut out or reduced in importance. If we truly are left with the adventures of Action Boy and His Talking Animal Companion next month with nary a sign of The Selfish Dragon, I'm out.
