In which we start cleaning up New Reno, by doing a bunch of jobs for the local mob bosses. Why? Because we want to milk these scumbags for every bit of XP they can give us before we blow them away in the name of justice. Besides, most of their quests involve screwing over the other bad guys in some form or fashion.
