Sensei Starman Plays Loom - Part 4
In which we make a new friend called Rusty and immediately screw him over to go poke around the City of Blacksmiths. This leads to us falling into the villain's clutches, the world going to chaos, and reality being ripped to shreds. (Not our fault! Really!)

Sensei Starman Plays Loom - Part 3
In which we seek the help of the Glass Makers and Shepherds. They're mostly all dicks. We also get our first glimpse of our apparent villain and meet our first real friend, which leads us to deal with a dragon.

Sensei Starman Plays Loom - Part 2
In which we start the game proper and step into the sandals of Bobbin Threadbare and the mystic island of Loom. We then start the first major puzzle of the game - how to get the heck off the mystic Island of Loom!

Sensei Starman Plays Loom - Part 1
In which we do NOT start the game, but listen to the half-hour audio drama used to introduce us to the Age of the Great Guilds and the spell-crafting Weavers. This is all very important background, really!

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 9
In which, after giving up the search for that one last item (though I got them all in my original playthrough), we go on to face Death and Dracula to win the game!

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 8
In which we backtrack through the east side of the map and gather all the heart tanks and life extensions we can now pick up on the way to the final boss fights.

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 7
In which, having acquired all but one of the upgrades, we go back to the beginning of the game and start hunting down all the heart boosts and health boosts we couldn't get to earlier. We then acquire the final power-up, and head on to a battle with Cthulhu. No. Really. He's just chilling in Dracula's basement.

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 6
In which, newly armed with the ability to dash and double-jump, we start exploring all the places we couldn't access before. When it turns out we STILL can't go that way (stupid Thunder Whip), we head into the dungeon to face the weirdest boss in the game - the Granfaloon!

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 5
In which we backtrack to the paths now open to us thanks to the Fire and Frost whips, into the Toy Room and on to the Dungeon. This also includes a Hall of Mirrors and another new boss that is basically the game's tribute to Dark Link.

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 4
In which, newly armed with the "Bridge Snapper" power to dive through wooden platforms, we venture into the Catacombs, Castle Courtyard, and Tower Bridge. This leads us to the Leap Stone (yay double jump!) and a battle with "The Monster."
(Pretty sure Frankenstein is Public Domain, but as we all know Frankenstein was the creator, not the creature. So there!)

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 3
In which, having finally beaten Medusa off-camera, we backtrack a bit, fight the third boss, The Golem, and gain the ability to wall-climb. This enables us to move forward to the Castle Ruins and a battle with several Mummies.

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 2
In which, after showing how to make a lot of money in a hurry early in the game with the Cursed and Kinship cards, we start fighting our way to the second boss, Medusa. (For my money, the hardest boss fight in the game, simply because of how little health you have going into it.)

Sensei Starman Plays Castlevania Revamped - Part 1
In which we step into the studded leather of Simon Belmont and venture into a familiar yet totally revamped (get it?) Castlevania, with save points, weapon upgrades, merchants, and improved mobility. Unfortunately, there are still tons of those damn bats and gorgon heads that hit you during that ONE jump. You know the one we mean.
